Branding Process
Building a distinctive brand identity is key to standing out, creating recognition, and forming a genuine connection with your audience. Below are the stages we guide you through to bring your brand to life.
PLEASE NOTE: We only design brand collateral for brands we have created a brand identity for.

You’ll start by filling out our enquiry form so we can get a feel for your business and determine if we’re the right fit for each other.

If we’re aligned, we’ll send you over the branding questionnaire to dive deeper into your vision, values, and goals.

Once we receive your completed questionnaire, we’ll have a discussion (usually on Whatsapp) to chat through your responses and get a clear picture of how you want your brand identity to look and feel.

We’ll create a tailored project proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and deliverables to ensure we’re fully aligned before getting started. We will also provide you with your client portal details and upload the project proposal.

Once the proposal is approved, we’ll send over your contract and invoice via your client portal. Full payment is required to officially secure your spot.

We’ll get to work on the brand identity concept based on everything we’ve discussed and your completed questionnaire.

We will then present the concept to you via the client portal. You can then use your included revision to make changes to the concept. You will have another revision included (Elite & Signature Packages) which you can use on your concept or other deliverables in your package.

Once your brand identity is finalised, we’ll move on to designing any brand collateral included or added to your package.

After all designs are complete, we’ll prepare your full brand toolkit in a zip file - including your brand guidelines and brand strategy (depending on your chosen package).

We’ll deliver the link to your final files via the client portal, ready for you to launch with confidence.
Social Media Content Process
Whether you're posting to connect, promote a new offer, or build brand recognition — we make sure your content looks cohesive, polished, and professionally done. Below are the stages we guide you through to bring your social media to life. All text, images and videos will need to be prepared and sent over for social media content creation.

We’ll create a tailored project proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and deliverables to ensure we’re fully aligned before getting started. We will also provide you with your client portal details and upload the project proposal.

We’ll get to work on your content planner based on everything we’ve discussed and your completed questionnaire.

We will then present the content to you via the content planner. You can then approve or make revisions on your content via the content planner.
