Branding Process
Building a distinctive brand identity is key to standing out, creating recognition, and forming a genuine connection with your audience. Below are the stages we guide you through to bring your brand to life.
PLEASE NOTE: We only design brand collateral and social media designs for brands we have created a brand identity for.

You’ll start by filling out our enquiry form so we can get a feel for your business and determine if we’re the right fit for each other.

If we’re aligned, we’ll create an account for you on our client portal for you to sign in to and complete the branding questionnaire to dive deeper into your vision, values, and goals. All project documents will be sent via email which can be viewed via the client portal.

Once we receive your completed questionnaire, we’ll have a discussion (usually on Whatsapp) to chat through your responses and get a clear picture of how you want your brand identity to look and feel.

We’ll create a tailored project proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and deliverables to ensure we’re fully aligned before getting started.

Once the proposal is approved, we’ll send over your contract and invoice via your client portal. A 50% deposit is required to officially secure your spot.

We’ll get to work on two brand identity concepts based on everything we’ve discussed and your completed questionnaire.

You’ll receive the two concepts and choose your preferred direction. If neither feels quite right, you can use your included revision to explore a new concept.

Once your brand identity is finalised, we’ll move on to designing any brand collateral or social media design included in your package.

After all designs are complete, we’ll prepare your full brand toolkit in a zip file - including your brand guidelines and brand strategy (depending on your chosen package).

Once the final 50% payment has been made, we’ll deliver all your final files, ready for you to launch with confidence.
